Promote your WTC projects to an international audience at the 2009 MIPIM in Cannes
Now is the time to begin planning for your participation in the 2009 MIPIM International Property Market, March 10 -13, in Cannes, France. This will be the 17th consecutive year that the WTCA Facilities Committee will be organizing a stand at the world’s premier event for property professionals. The 2008 MIPIM attracted over 29,000 representatives of the property industry from 89 nations.
For WTCA members who have WTC projects under development, the WTCA stand at MIPIM offers the opportunity for you to present your project at one of the world’s largest gatherings of property professionals. The numerous WTCs that have participated over the years have found MIPIM to be an important location to make the contacts they need to create a successful project, including meeting leading international develepers, financiers and investors, end users, property consultants and designers.
To help you market your WTC project, the WTCA Facilities Committee has arranged for a professionally designed stand in a high profile location along the main aisle of the expo. It is an impressive location for you to present your WTC project – and it is a cost effective way to participate in this internationally prominent event. The WTCA does not charge any additional fees for WTCs to participate in the WTCA stand.
The WTCA has negotiated a reduced admission fee of € 450 plus 19.6% VAT (€ 88.20) for a total of € 538.20 per person for WTCA members. This reduced fee is available through February 20, 2009. Please note that this special rate is limited to the first four members from your WTC. Special arrangements are necessary if you wish to send additional participants. Also, please remember that only WTC projects can be displayed or promoted in the WTCA stand.
