TradeCard reports 31% revenue growth in 2008 despite economic downturn

Brands, retailers, suppliers and service providers turn to TradeCard platform to establish financial stability in the supply chain during credit crisis.

TradeCard, Inc. reported 31% revenue growth in 2008 despite a challenging economic environment. TradeCard added more than 1,000 new members and the total number of individual TradeCard users worldwide surpassed 30,000. Use of trade finance products on the TradeCard platform tripled as buyers and their suppliers sought a safe haven from credit concerns during the global credit crisis. 2008 TradeCard highlights include:

* Released new product features for document management and collaboration to facilitate quality and compliance in the supply chain. New enhancements enable document distribution in an online portal environment for in-depth communication between supply chain partners. The TradeCard Community Page allows members to plug into a private community to disclose documents to partners and store and communicate important information such as compliance instructions, customs manuals, routing guides, human rights guidelines, process updates and training materials in an easy-to-use online location.

* Launched initiative to assist importers in complying with the U.S. Government's 10+2 trade regulation. Data from purchase orders, packing and shipping documents residing on the TradeCard platform, combined with network connectivity that links all necessary transaction parties, enable importers to access in one place all ten data elements required for 10+2 compliance.

* Established strategic partnerships with Avery Dennison, NDB Bank, the Sri Lanka Board of Investment, and Avatar Partners to extend the value and depth of the TradeCard network. * Developed TradeCard Factory Xpress™ product, which is set for launch in the spring of 2009. Factory Xpress (FeX) is a hosted solution that provides robust packing and scanning capabilities. It extends visibility into key factory processes for a single version of the truth to improve speed and accuracy.

* Expanded local in-country support team to service more than 50 countries.
